Re: Draw a gsn_csm_contour_map without drawing the map

Hi Saji,

You should be able to do this by setting res_at_mpOutlineOn and
res_at_mpFillOn both to False. You can also set res_at_mpGridAndLimbOn to
False if you don't want a limb line or a lat/lon grid.
