Re: Draw a gsn_csm_contour_map without drawing the map

Dear Saji,

I think you can set the *mpOutlineBoundarySets* map resource to
"NoBoundaries" or you can set *mpOutlineBoundarySets* to 0.0, but I'm not
sure about this last one.
