Regriding using Cubic Spline Interpolaition

Hello, all
     Does anybody know how to interpolate one 2-D data with a low
resolution to a high resolution 2-D data using Cubic Spline method in NCL?
     I just only know how to do it in linear and spheric way.
     Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
