how to change the tickmarks of mapplot?

Dear everyone,

I have a map plot with the 'LambertConformal' projection and want to change the tick marks of this plot.
And I want to set new labels for the X and Y axis major tick marks and new minor tick marks.
However, these resources such as 'tmXBMode', 'tmXBLabels' do work for map plot. Are there other ways to do this work?
