Is there a way to get true landscape orientation in NCL's PostScript
output? When I set res_at_gsnPaperOrientation = "landscape" and
res_at_gsnMaximize = True, the plot is correctly oriented on the page but
the page itself remains in portrait orientation when viewed (see
attached image). Is there a way to get NCL take care of the page
rotation without resorting to an external utility?
