Vertical Sectional plots

Hello,

I needed some help in plotting an Sea Surface Temperature plot with the
depth as the Y axis and the Longitude as the X axis for a particular
Latitude section.

>From the functions mentioned on the website I figured out that the
gsn_csm_xy function only accepts the X and the Y axis variable out of which
the Y axis variable is the one which in plotted.

However in my case my Y axis(sea depth) is different from the variable (SST)
to be plotted.

If you could give me an idea how to go about it then it would be great.
