gsn_csm_vector_scalar_map_ce

Hi

I had used the above to plot Temperature as fill areas and wind as
vectors. Then I added an overlay for mean sea level pressure.using
gsn_csm_contour
No country boundaries were drawn and my land area is white. It should
have values.

How do I get it to plot the values in the land area as well as draw the
country boundaries.
