This is a heads up that if you plan to install V5.1.1, and you are
loading the "shea_util.ncl" script, then
you will now need to load "contributed.ncl" before "shea_util.ncl":
load "$NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/contributed.ncl"
load "$NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/shea_util.ncl"
"shea_util.ncl" depends on some functions in "contributed.ncl".
