ncl error due to upgrade to 5.1.1

Dear ncl-talk

When I am running one of the routine ncl script (attached
fix_landmcoslat.ncl<?ui=2&ik=d118f24eac&view=att&th=12232ff09a3cd067&attid=0.1&disp=attd>)
from breeze, I got the following error. This doesn't seem to be related with
the ncl script itself.
