I've isolated why the text that I add to the right/left sides of my
labelbar fails to move the same Y distance as the colorbar when I move
the latter using pmLabelBarOrthogonalPosF. I find that when I change
pmLabelBarOrthogonalPosF from 0 to 0.03 the colorbar is moved downward
only by 0.017 NDC units. Silly me, I had been assuming that it would
actually be moved down 0.03 NDC units! Can someone shed light on what
factor is additionally coming into play?
