I have recently installed the latest version of NCL under CYGWIN, but when I run example gsun05n..ncl, an error is reported (fatal error-could not load user32, Win32 error487 Hangup). I then tried to get ncl_new.exe.gz, but the same fatal error is still reported. I would be much appreciated if anyone can help solve the problem. Thanks.
