Re: regarding installing UCL

Dear Lei,

For future reference, please post NCL installation questions to
ncl-install and not ncl-talk.

It looks like there is something wrong with your setting of
NCARG_ROOT.

Please read:

   http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/install.shtml#SetNCARG_ROOT

and make sure that you have your NCARG_ROOT environment variable
set correctly.
