Re: offline documentation package

Hi all,

I've gotten a number of emails on this topic offline. Some folks say
that things would work better if the links were not coded with absolute
paths. If we code them with relative paths, however, then this makes it
harder to move pages around.

I will find out from our web group here what they recommend in terms
of people downloading a whole website.
