Panelling Bar Charts with multiple timeseries

Dear All,
     I cannot figure out how to panel Bar charts showing two timeseries in
single Bar chart.

 Example 9 in Bar Charts examples at:

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/bar.shtml

shows the way to plot multiple timeseries in single Bar. Is there any way
panel such plot?
