The APEC Climate Center (http://www.apcc21.net) also uses NCL operationally.
We do monthly Multi-Model Ensemble Forecasts with a system based on
NCL. We are also bringing out an online (do-it-yourself) climate forecast
tool based on Ruby on Rails and NCL..now previewing at
http://clik.apcc21.net (login:guest, password:guest,
a beta version will be released next week).
