If you need to draw a regression line through a set of points, see
example 4 at:

If you need to draw a line on a existing plot, then see the page:

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/polyg.shtml

and look for "gsn_polyline" or "gsn_add_polyline".

If this is not what you want, then please be more specific. Do you
have a sample plot you're trying to reproduce? If so, then including
