WRAPIT problem

Hi

  I follow the instruction of http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Tools/WRAPIT.shtml.
  when I run WRAPIT cquad90.stub cquad.f90, I got wrong message. does anyone know how to fix this problem.
  
  the Xcode version is 3.2, and the gfortran is downloaded from http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/GFortranBinaries
