g2fsh_Wrap and missing values

Hi all-
I am trying to interpolate CCSM output to the WRF grid on pressure levels. I
go through three steps to try to compare the downscaled WRF output to the
850 hPa CCSM output.

1. use the function vinth2p
2. use g2fsh_Wrap
3. then use rgrid2rcm

But the g2fsh_Wrap does not handle missing values. Is there another way to
do this (go from the gaussian grid to a fixed grid)?
