Re: ut_calendar and UDUNITS_PATH

I've written to the UDUNITS-2 folks to try to find out more information about UDUNITS_PATH versus UDUNITS2_XML_PATH.

The NCL code is not using UDUNITS_PATH as far as I can tell, but it looks like the external UDUNITS-2 package is.

I could probably compile a special version of NCL for you that internally sets UDUNITS_PATH to the NCL version of the files, so that you don't have to do this.

If you need this, send me a personal email and let me know which NCL binary you downloaded.
