NCL Version 5.2.1 now available

Good morning,

NCL Version 5.2.1, which is mostly bug fixes for version 5.2.0, is now
available.
Here's a subset of what's changed in NCL V5.2.1:

   - Fix for infamous ARSCAM/ARPRAM algorithm failure problem

   - Updates to GRIB1/GRIB2 reader

   - Several bugs and memory problems fixed
