longitude setting problem

Hi, Ncl-group,
     I got a very clear shift when I tried to make a figure (NCEP monthly
precipitation&Geopotential height ) which is cross the 180 longitude from
the east to the west.
I guess something wrong with my longitude setting. I post a few figures and
attach my script, hope these helps to make my problems more straight. Can
you help
me to fix it ?
