How to interpolate the regional grid to another one

Hi, Everyone
    I want to regrid the regional data (with fixed lon*lat) to another
resolution which could be higher or lower
than the original ones.Is there any function in NCL (version 5.1) can do
that? I cannot use area_conserve_remap_Wrap
in version 5.2.
