Log-Pearson type III

Dear NCL users,

Is there anybody has FORTRAN script (or FORTRAN
subroutine) for calculating parameters and cumulative distribution
function (CDF) of Log-Pearson type III distribution using Maximum
Likelihood Estimation (ML), so that I can implement the FORTRAN script
to my NCL script.
