Dear Sima,

It looks like you are using an older OPeNDAP-enabled version of NCL, which requires that
some additional shared libraries be installed on your machine (libcrypto and libssl).

You might want to consider upgrading to version 5.2.1 of NCL, but downloading the
non-OPeNDAP enabled version.

Or, please see this link for information about these missing libraries. I'm assuming you're
on a LINUX system:
