how to convert nc to grib1

Hi,
I'm trying to convert some '.nc' files into '.grib1' files, and find from
'addfile' discriptions that NCL can only read the grib file while can not
create one, can it?
Maybe there is some other way to convert nc file to grib, can you please
tell me how?
