Hi Mark,
It looks to me like gsnLeftString is automatically getting set, although
I'm not sure by which of your plot calls. Try adding these lines:
opts_ter@gsnLeftString = ""
plotres@gsnLeftString = ""
As far as gsnPaperOrientation not working, I would venture to guess that
you should set both gsnMaximize and gsnPaperOrientation in your pltres
resource list, and not in either you opts_ter or opts_lmask resource
lists...
If after applying the above things still aren't as you'd like them let
the group know..
