ncl_convert2nc segmentation fault

Hello:
I am trying to convert a grib file to netCDF and I'm getting a
segmentation fault.
I can open the file with Panoply and it looks ok. Plus it happens with
all files - I just got data from the ECMWF website.

I tried it on a two machines with NCL 6.0.0 and NCL 5.2.1 - both are
giving the exact same result

Any advice appreciated.
