Adding polymarkers and text to a map

Hi all,

I'm trying to plot a map (B&W) together with the location and name of one station. Right now, I see two frames: a first one with the map and a second one with the map contours, the polymarker and the text. Attached see the ncl script and the pdf output.
How can I combine or overlay maps, polymarkers and text in one single frame?
