Hi Mohammed,

I think you just need to add:

  prec1@lat2d = xlat
  prec1@lon2d = xlon
  prec2@lat2d = xlat
  prec2@lon2d = xlon

You will also need to remove or comment this line:

  res@tfDoNDCOverlay = True ; do not transform

You should then be able to use the mpMinLatF/mpMaxLatF/mpMinLonF/mpMaxLonF resources to indicate what region you want to zoom in on.
