Hi all:
Is it possible to plot wind vectors on an irregular grid? The u and v
components of the wind are one dimensional arrays instead of
two-dimensional arrays as required by gsn_csm_vector_map, and the
location on the grid for the u and v components are given by:
res@sfXArray = ff->lonCell * r2d
res@sfYArray = ff->latCell * r2d
where lonCell and latCell are the longitudes and latitudes of the cell
centers. I browsed through the archive, but did not find any topic on
that subject (well there was one, but the reply did not work.)
Thanks,
Laura
