Hi Guilherme,
Are you referring to the different line densities? If yes, then you need
to set
*gsnAboveYRefLineBarFillScales*

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Graphics/Resources/gsn.shtml#gsnAboveYRefLineBarFillScales

That should alter the spacing of the pattern fill lines..

If that is not what you're after let us know.
