Hi Guilherme,
For multiple bar charts on one plot, see example #5:
www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/bar.shtml#ex5

For changing the pattern for each bar, scroll down to example #8. You
will need to use

<http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Graphics/Resources/gsn.shtml#gsnAboveYRefLineBarPatterns>the
gsnAboveYRefLineBarPatterns resource.

For putting the little labelbar in the upper left corner, you could
follow the technique of using gsn_labelbar_ndc shown in examples 7 and 9.
