Hi ,
I tried to install the new version ncl_ncarg-6.1.0-beta.CYGWIN_NT-6.1-w0w64_i686 on my Windows XP system. I am quit sure my Cygwin is correctly installed. However, after release the NCL package, I typed"ncl -v" without any response. What is possible problem? The early version 5.2.0 is ok on my computer.
