NCL install into Cygwin

Dear NCL group,   I would like to install NCL 6.0.0 into Cygwin system. From "NCL Version 6.0.0 precompiled binaries, not OPeNDAP-enabled" there are a list of NCL software, which one should I choose to install into Cygwin system?  If possible, please tell which netCDF version would fit better here.   Thanks very much, Mark
