convert from model hybrid heights to pressure levels

Hi all,

some cmip5 models (e.g., hadgem2) provide output in hybrid height levels
and a formula to convert to real heights. However, I'd need to convert
into pressure levels. Is there any function for doing this?

If not, any suggestion on how to convert?
