        Read an plot GOES images,

        The name o of GOES image is:

        goes12.2008.328.024514.BAND_04.nc.gz

        This image is on: /ftp.cgd.ucar.edu/incoming

        MY NCL version is: 6.0.0

        My system is:

        Linux coatiar 2.6.35.11-83.fc14.x86_64 #1 SMP Mon Feb 7
