taylor_diagram_cam.ncl

Dear all,

I found that in taylor_diagram_cam.ncl, BiasLevels = (/1.,5.,10.,20./)
should be BiasLevels = (/1.,5.,10.,20./)/100.. Or else, all the bias are
presented in triangle.
