wrf_cape_2d

Hi

There are 2 functions calculating CAPE for wrf (wrf_cape_2d) and
(wrf_cape_3d). I am quite confessed with these two functions. What does the
maximum cape means? And if I want to have a cape value by integrating all
levels, which is the most suitable one?
