Using ESMF to regrid from PRISM to WRF (curvilinear)

Dear all,

I am looking for a generic ncl code to regrid from finer resolution (PRISM grid) to coarser grid (WRF - 12 km).

I have been searching in both http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/Templates/ and http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/ESMF.shtml.

Below are some details on the rectilinear grid/PRISM dataset. Kindly point me to the right direction.
