how to set contour level manualy on a figure of Color vectors by a scalar field?

Hello,

I am using vector_4.ncl on
(http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/vector.shtml), and to make a panel
of 6 such figures on a page. I would like to set the contour levels of
those figures in the same scale, and I did not find the solutions on
line. So would you please tell me how to do that?
