front plots

Hi,

I use ncl script weather_sym_4.ncl in order to plot a front map, but i'd
like to know how we can determinate front position (lat, lon)
automatically.
Becuse, in this script we give

xlat = (/ 20., 30., 35., 40., 45. , 50./) ; Latitudes.

  xlon = (/-195., -125., -115., -105., -95., -85./) ; Longitudes.

and type of front.
