WRF_lc_5.ncl contributed script gives incorrect masking result

Hi,

I applied the following contributed script
(http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/Scripts/WRF_lc_5.ncl) to my WRF
output. But It provides result with no masking

I have changed nothing except the data path. I am attaching the data
and plot for your convenience.
