about wrf_user_intrp3d

Dear,
 I have a question about function: wrf_user_intrp3d(var3d,vert,plot_type,loc,
angle,res)."
It says that the argument " loc" of this function:Use 4 values if plotting from
point A to point B. The 4 values represent the x/y locations of points A and B."
 

I want to know the form of the loc is (/ xtart.,ystart.,xend.,yend./) or (/
xtart,xend,ystart,yend/)?
