This is a simple documentation issue for the function curvilinear_to_SCRIP
the documentation
http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Functions/ESMF/curvilinear_to_SCRIP.shtml
says you need to have lat and lon as doubly dimensioned arrays -- but does NOT state
the order they need to be in (nlon,nlat) or (nlat,nlon). It turns out they NEED to be
(nlat,nlon) -- OR THE RESULTING SCRIP GRID FILE IS UNUSABLE. While it works when dimensioned
(nlat,nlon). This needs to be added to the documentation, and probably highlighted in bold.
