Draw pixels

Hello,

I have a 2-D array of values on a grid and would like to visualize the
values of each point on the grid. I don't want to make a contour plot
because it interpolates between the grid points. Is there a function in NCL
that can draw colored pixels for each grid point or do I have to add
polymarkers to a blank contour plot? Please advise on the best approach I
can use.
