METEOROLOGICAL WIND DIRECTION

Dear,

How Can I calculate *"meteorological average (mean) wind direction" *given

*individual "METEOROLOGICAL WIND DIRECTION" *i.e. the direction FROM which
the wind is blowing. It also increases clockwise from North when viewed
from above.

I really appreciate your help. I need math formulas.
