enlarge field

Hallo NCL Community,

I have a data as a function of latitude -90 to 90 i.e X [lat]
and I want to enlarge to 2D fields X [lat, lon] meaning that e.g. at
latitude 0 the values of the whole longitude would be the same,
 is there any hint to do that in NCL?
any example way will be really appreciated.
