There's not enough information here. By "issues" I assume you mean the sharp turn that the contours are taking? Without seeing your script and data, we can only make any guesses about what might be wrong. My first guess is that there's an issue with your lat/lon data, but I would need to know what your lat/lon grid looks like.

It would help if you can provide your full script and data.
