wrfout_to_cf.ncl

Dear NCL users,
I am trying to use the script "wrfout_to_cf.ncl" to convert the "wrfout_" into the standard netcdf format, but got the error message as in the below. Can one kindly give a help?
$> ncl 'file_in="wrfout_d02_1994-01-11_00:00:00"' 'file_out="wrfpost.nc"' wrfout_to_cf.ncl
