Re: mask any ocean basin method

Any standard POP grid has the TLON, TLONG and REGION_MASK
variables. A special netCDF with just the 3 needed variables
is at:
    http://www.cgd.ucar.edu/~shea/gx1v3.pop.h.REGION_MASK.nc.gz

%> gzip -d gx1v3.pop.h.REGION_MASK.nc.gz
